The London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors reported 370 transactions for the month, reflecting a 20.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. Despite this dip, the average home price rose to $639,486, marking a 4.5% increase from January 2024. This upward trend in pricing underscores the sustained demand and interest in our local market.
